- Meeting called to order by chair Martin at 3:05 pm.
- The low turnout and recent retirements of committee members led to a discussion about the need for new members. This discussion will be continued at a future meeting.

2013-02-074 Population Research Center-Complete, but chair will follow up to ask about the lack of supervisor’s comments.
- Martin reported on the U-wide committee meeting.
- Martin presented the School of Art’s safety plan for review. The benefits of following the EH&S templates for our safety & emergency evacuation plans were discussed.
