UW Facts & Rates

The benefit rate for Post Docs depends on the nature of award to which the individual is appointed. Post Docs on NRSA Training Grants or Fellowships, which are required to be paid a stipend, should be using the benefit rates associated with object code 01-50. Post Docs that are working on research awards, and are paid a salary, should be using the rates associated with object code 01-10.
