I. Meeting called to order at 3:03 p.m.
II. The minutes from the May 2016 meeting were approved.
III. University-Wide Health and Safety Committee meeting report for May: Ron reported that there were presentations about seismic upgrades, radiation safety and personal protective equipment; some safety committees reported they are having active shooter presentations at their meetings; College of the Environment is develping a new employee orientation template they might share so others may benefit. All gender restrooms were discussed.
