Digital Communications Support
Requests for digital communications projects are accepted on a rolling basis, allowing for greater flexibility throughout the year. To help our team support everyone's needs, please submit your requests with the following minimum lead times:
- At least 3 weeks in advance for Jeto email approvals
- At least 8 weeks in advance for email builds or event registration sites
Submitting your request as early as possible increases the likelihood that we can support your desired timeline. Depending on team capacity—and during high volume periods—we may extend minimum lead times. Any updates will be noted on this page.
