CAS Commitments

Commitments from the College will no longer be included in unit Adaptive plans beginning FY27 and beyond.  Instead, they will be transferred to units each year.  Some commitments will not be transferred to units as they are paid directly on program tags that charge College cost centers.  These commitments are separated out on the commitment lists that the College distributes.  Examples of these types of commitments include relocation expenses, computers for new hires, emeritus faculty salary and benefits that are participating in the retiree rehire program, Junior Faculty Development Awards, etc.  Additional types of commitments paid directly on CAS program tags can be found in the Finance section on the Administrative Gateway under Program Tags.
