SAGE Budget This tool was updated with the new Workday terminology; it is now required for award processing.
SAGE Award Setup Request (ASR) This new request form launches the award process at UW; it is completed by the person who receives the Notice of Award (NOA) first and it will always route to the department for approval before being processed by OSP.
SAGE Award Modification Request (Mod) This form launches a change to an existing award period. The form should be routed through OSP to GCA in the event of new/supplemental funding or a sponsor-approved change; the form should be routed directly to GCA for all other requests.

Award Portal – This new tool provides a look-up for existing awards and a ticketing system to ask questions about individual awards.

Employee Compensation Compliance (ECC) – This tool replaced the eFECS and GCCR systems. ECC will be used to document and certify faculty and staff effort.

MyResearch – this tool  provides a personalized, cross-cutting view of various research-related activities.
