The Business Office is leveraging program tags within Workday to manage various programs supported by the College. Instead of the College transferring the funds to departments, departments will now use program tags and the associated cost centers to process these expenditures in Workday. In doing so, the expenditure will be charged directly to the appropriate cost center at the College level thereby eliminating the need for tracking the expenditure by departments.
