The Digital Production calendar for digital communications (newsletters, appeals, event invitations, etc.) is full through the end of December 2026, and we are not able to accept any new project requests with completion dates prior to January. If you already have a project on the calendar from September through December and you're not able to meet your content deadline, we may not be able to reschedule your send until January or later. If your email is time sensitive, please help us ensure it can go out on time by submitting your Jeto or content on time. If you have an urgent digital communications need, please submit a PIF and email casadser@uw.edu to describe your needs, and we will try to provide support or other options for meeting your goals.
If you can't find the resources you need in our toolkit, submit a project inquiry for consideration by our team. We meet weekly to assess inquiries and determine how they align with our strategic communications efforts. If we cannot support your inquiry, we are happy to connect you with other resources.
To ensure consideration, please submit your requests at least 3 weeks in advance of the desired send date for Jeto email approvals—or 8 weeks in advance of desired send date for email builds or event registration sites.
