If your department or center would like to close out a specific gift budget, please reach out to the College of Arts & Sciences Advancement Services team, at casadser@uw.edu.
Include:
- The appropriate budget information
- Whether the gift fund should be removed from UW online giving pages as well so that donors don't inadvertently submit a gift to your closed fund. We will work with the Gift Services team to ensure the gift fund is removed from online giving pages.
If you'd like your gift fund removed from UW online giving pages before you're ready to officially close your gift budget, please reach out directly to Becky McIntire at rmcint@uw.edu, or casadser@uw.edu. We'll work directly with Gift Services to remove the gift fund from the online giving pages.
