Present: Paul Miller, Emma Alder, Sherry Baron, Marcia Feinstein-Tobey, Bev Wessel, Angélica Hernandez-Cordero, Alex Hansen, Peter Johnston, Wanjiku Gitahi, Jimmy Johnson, Elena Johns, Ron Maxell, Heidi Tilghman, Risa Morgan Lewellyn, Kristian Haapa-aho, Ulrika O’Brien, Ann DePasquale, Nick Giese
1. Meeting called to order at 2:35 p.m. by John Martin.
2. Approval of December minutes tabled.
3. This was the first meeting of the new term for all members. Each member introduced themselves and explained her/his interest and background in health and safety issues.
4. John Martin reviewed the roles and responsibilities of group members, including mandatory trainings.
5. Members reviewed December incident reports:
- 2013-12-017: Judged complete after EHS provided additional details to report.
- 2013-12-075: Recommended actions judged inadequate. John Martin will follow up and report to group in February.
7. Open discussion
8. Next regular meeting is scheduled on February 20. John Martin will be out of town. Group members agreed to reschedule the meeting for February 13.
