Remote desktop access allows you to remotely access your work computer through the Internet.
In order to use remote desktop access you'll need the following:

Your work computer must be turned on and not asleep

You must know the IP address of the computer you need to connect to

You must be connected to a VPN Connection

Your Mac must be setup to Accept Remote Connections (Contact your IT team to confirm first)
Download and install Husky OnNet VPN:

Configure remote settings on your home computer:

In the Finder – click on “GO”

Click on “Connect to Server”

Type in vnc://123.45.67.89 – you will need to write your IP address here and know your IP address.

You will be prompted for the Mac User Name and Password of the computer you are remotely connecting to.

Open the VPN client and click “Connect”

Open a Finder Window and then click on “Go” – “Connect to Server”

Enter your Mac Computer Password
