Attendance Incentive Program


Each January, the Annual Attendance Incentive Program allows UW employees whose sick time off balances exceed 480 hours as of January 1 to be compensated at 25% value for any accrued and unused sick time off accumulated during the previous calendar year. The Annual Attendance Incentive Program is ONLY available during the month of January.  Departments are responsible for covering the costs from their own resources.
