Requests for digital communications projects are accepted on a rolling basis, allowing for greater flexibility throughout the year. To help our team support everyone's needs, please submit your requests with the following minimum lead times:
- At least 3 weeks in advance for Jeto email approvals
- At least 8 weeks in advance for email builds or event registration sites
