Events are an important way for faculty, students, fundraisers, alumni, and donors to connect. Most events will originate at the departmental level ranging from faculty panels/lectures to museum engagements. CAS Advancement most often interacts with departmental events by selecting a small group of donors or constituents that are offered a special dinner/reception/Q&A with a faculty member presenting at a larger event.
Current In-Person Event Protocol
Back to TopThe University has established strict guidelines to safely hold in-person events, in accordance with state mandates. If you are hosting an in-person event, it's important to review all of the guidelines posted by Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) regularly. The guidance and protocols change frequently.
