I can't unapproved an asset? How do I fix this?

Dark Mode Guidance

  • Dark mode most often appears in the mobile version of an email. When building your emails, remember to consider what it would look like in dark mode as well to minimize any readability issues.
  • If you are using a module that has text overlaid on an image, be aware that dark mode will not alter the image, but the font will change color. This change could cause contrast readability issues, for example, if you are using dark text on a light background. Because of this, we advise not to use the image with a text overlay module.

Marketo Static Lists

  • Use fewer Marketo static lists rather than more. More static lists fill up our Marketo database and take more effort to manage as you may forget the criteria for the list (who is on it).
  • Refresh your static lists quarterly or bi-annually to make sure you can reflect the most up to date information.
  • Pulling from Tandem using a Reportal Custom Report request? While filling out the form, be sure that "Household Grouping' is unchecked
  • As you get requests from folks to be added to your newsletter audience, the 2 easiest ways are:
  • More on audience list criteria
