Departments occasionally collect donations through avenues that are not directly supported by our central Gift Services team. If your department plans to collect donations at an event or through an event registration software such as Eventbrite, it's important to know that you must follow up by providing your donor information to the Gift Services team after the event.
Instructions for sending donor information and gift data is listed on their website. Please do not send credit card information via email--please call Tobin Eckholt, Director for Gift Services, at 206.685.9860 to arrange for safe transfer of credit card information or with any questions you might have about your gift data or related event gifts.
Please note that any money that comes in as a donation has to be deposited into a gift fund in order to be transferred out again.
